These Terms & Conditions apply to all online courses, programs, memberships, workshops and digital products provided by CDB Online Dance Academy.

By purchasing or accessing any of our programs, you agree to the terms below.

1. Access to Programs

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course or membership through our secure online portal.

Access is granted to the purchasing household only and must not be shared, distributed, or made available to others.

Login details must be kept confidential.

We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse is detected.

2. Payment

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.

Access will only be granted once payment has been successfully received.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our programs, refunds are not provided once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues accessing your course, please contact us and we will assist promptly.

4. Eligibility, Supervision & Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our online dance programs are designed for children and families.

By enrolling a child in our programs, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and have authority to agree to these terms.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision where necessary and for providing a safe, clear space for participation.

Participation in any physical activity carries inherent risk. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the physical nature of dance activities

• Participation is voluntary

• You are responsible for ensuring the participant is physically capable of engaging in the activities.

CDB Online Dance Academy is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

If you or your child has a medical condition, injury, or concern, please seek medical advice before participating.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided within our programs — including but not limited to videos, choreography, music, branding, written materials, and downloadable content — is the intellectual property of CDB Online Dance Academy.

Content may not be copied, recorded, shared, reproduced, distributed, modified, or resold without prior written permission.

6. Technology & Access

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to our programs, however we cannot guarantee that access will always be free from technical issues beyond our control.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet service providers, hosting platforms, or third-party systems.

7. Changes to Programs

We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CDB Online Dance Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.
